Step 1:
Provide your contact information and website URL in the form below.
Step 2: Read the
Online Affiliate Partner Program Agreement:

This Agreement provides details on the following: enrollment in program;
linking; use of materials; commissions; order processing, policies and
pricing; spam and email campaigns; pay per click advertising; terms of the
agreement; limitation of liability; disclaimers; miscellaneous.
Step 3: Accept the
Agreement Terms and Conditions and click on the Submit button.

Mind Like Water will review your
website within 3 business days and, if approved, email you instructions for
participating in the program, including a link with your unique code for
tracking sales. (If you are not approved, we will send you an email stating
so.) You can place this link on your website, in your newsletter, in an
email, etc. As long as you include the link within your marketing text, you
will be given credit for each sale. We even accept phone or fax orders. Just
be sure that the person ordering supplies us with your name.
